Content box is the first interaction you get with the system. You can Tap on “New” button and create a file for your post (Here - 5 mistakes I made in 20s)

Each post added here becomes a separate page in Notion which can be used to write content & change properties.

Once you choose properties, all the other boards get auto-populated.
